Where we ship
NexGenFind ships to all 50 US states plus DC. For Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories, shipping rates may be higher — check the calculated rate at checkout.
Processing time
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2 PM ET typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM ET, on weekends, or on US holidays ship the next business day.
Delivery time
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) — available for all US orders
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — available at checkout for extra fee
Free shipping
Orders over $35 ship free via Standard Shipping to the continental US.
Packaging
12-pack cases ship in the original Alani Nu manufacturer case. Some outer surface marks from carrier handling are normal and do not affect the sealed cans inside.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Tracking updates within 24–48 hours of shipment.
Damaged in transit?
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with clear photos of the damaged items, shipping box, and shipping label. We'll issue a refund or replacement based on the damage evidence.
Lost package?
If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received the package, wait 24 hours (packages sometimes arrive next day) then contact us. We work with the carrier to resolve.
